Your servers see who's coming, when, at which table. Your customers reserve from your website or by phone, and confirm their arrival by text the morning of. The table opens up automatically if no one answers.

A "Book" button your customers find without searching. No double-booking possible — when a table is taken, it's taken, here as there.
A text right after the reservation, a reminder the morning of. The client answers "YES I'm coming" in one click, or frees the table without guilt. You recover the seat instead of losing it.
