Masko Dev
App for restaurants

The reservations binder, made better — and without no-shows.

Your servers see who's coming, when, at which table. Your customers reserve from your website or by phone, and confirm their arrival by text the morning of. The table opens up automatically if no one answers.

Le problème

Trois affaires qui vous coûtent des tables chaque semaine

The binder

A phone call, a line written in pencil, a reservation that can't be found later. A party of four that becomes a party of eight. Two families standing in front of the same table.

No-shows

Friday, 8 PM. Two empty tables, reserved, no one answering the phone. You could have resold them at noon if you had known.

The phone that won't stop

Saturday morning, someone has to answer between every order. Otherwise people call the competitor next door.

The floor plan on screen

Your tables, your setup. Green = free, red = reserved, blue = guests seated. A click on a table shows you who, at what time, how many.

Reservations on your website and Facebook

A "Book" button your customers find without searching. No double-booking possible — when a table is taken, it's taken, here as there.

Text confirmation and reminder

A text right after the reservation, a reminder the morning of. The client answers "YES I'm coming" in one click, or frees the table without guilt. You recover the seat instead of losing it.

A floor plan that moves — when you want it to

Summer, patio open. Winter, patio closed. A party of 12 that pulls three tables together. You move things, you lock them. Your servers can't accidentally break the whole layout by clicking around.

The little notes that make the difference

Nut allergy, high chair, birthday, window table. The note appears when the server clicks the table. No more, no less.

Your data stays with you

Not on our servers, not in the United States. With you, in your system. It's your reservations book, not ours.

One time. Depending on restaurant size and specifics (number of tables, sections, patio).

Monthly hosting$99 / month

All in: hosting, updates, monitoring, small tweaks, text reminders, weekday support.
